RIDE AWAY

This mobile city with its strange decor

Connects us to brothers and sisters who have gone before.

As we set forth on our journey of fate

It's aids we must pursue and eradicate.

From St. Paul to Menomonie

We gonna pedal with our minds on our safety

With brawn and sweat we greet each day

As the rubber meets the road that's the price we pay

Every hill we climb, every mile we go Gets us closer to the city of Chicago

We don't ride for money We don't ride for fame

But for humanity , whether sun or rain

Up every hill, now don't you know After the top its down we go.

We gonna ride, ride, ride away

Sleep all night and ride all day

We gonna ride, ride as on we go

To the lake, to the city of Chicago .

Don't cry us a river, we are no ship of fools

We are agents of change and merely tools.

Twenty five hundred trekking southwest

With the spirits of the fallen seeking the Quest.

Safety is the seed we sow

Not just for today, but for a better tomorrow.

So ride you little doggies ride

All of the Midwest will show its pride.
